A stop for a quick cup of coffee turned into a nightmare for some unsuspecting customers in a West Village coffee shop in New York City. In a new viral video, a girl at a coffee shop briefly turns into scary “Carrie” from Stephen King’s hit novel and movie.
“What if telekinesis was real? How would you react?” the video’s description asks. “Our hidden camera experiment captures the reactions of unsuspecting customers at a New York City coffee shop as they witness a telekinetic event.”
In this elaborate prank, tables and books were rigged to move with the help of just a remote control. The highlight of the prank is a “possessed” woman who becomes angry over spilled coffee which then triggers her telekinetic powers and pushes a man up against a wall without even touching him.
The crew behind the prank video even constructed a fake wall and pulley system to create the illusion of a customer flying up into the air.
